How do I contact EBAY COMMERCE UK LTD? I purchased an item form them and the payment was processed On Feb 18, 2024. I am unable to see or get a description of the item I purchased. I have not received the item. I have not received any communication from the seller, only the details I see on my PayPal account. I am unable to see specific details or an image of the item I purchased. I am unable to talk to a PayPal agent because it says I need to contact the sleer first, but I have no way to contact the seller. When I go to PayPal Assistant, it says I need to contact an agent during regular business hours, but I am contacting during regular business hours, and "all agents are offline."
