Seller accepted my offer but I received a msg that the transaction failed - We could not process your payment. Please contact PayPal to verify your account information. If the problem persists, please try using a credit or debit card. [removed]. I've tried to submit payment again through paypal but transaction never finishes. I have no idea how to proceed.
