Hi - I made an offer for an item on Mercari and part of the process is approving the purchase amount so if the seller accepts the payment is automatically processed. Seller accepted my offer but I received a msg that the transaction failed - We could not process your payment. Please contact PayPal to verify your account information. If the problem persists, please try using a credit or debit card. [removed]. I've tried to submit payment again through paypal but transaction never finishes. I have no idea how to proceed. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
