Can I pay a seller via PayPal face to face - caravan purchase.

I’m in Australia. Keen to purchase a caravan over this Easter weekend but have no access to bank for bank cheque or cash. Was wondering if I could pay via PayPal to seller when we are there to view/collect caravan? Looking at around $35k- will PayPal allow it? Thanks
