Hi,
i recently tried to make an order online which i wanted to pay in 4 installments. i went through the process and just before the end, a red error message appeared saying there was an issue, and pay in 4 was no longer available. i only tried to set up pay in 4 yesterday so i just assumed i was having issues, and decided to just pay in full using paypal instead. however, upon checking my account, i have paid the order in full AS WELL AS the first pay in 4 transaction is now pending. i have seen people online saying this is an "authorisation" transaction but i wasnt even able to choose pay in 4 so how is this possible? please write back ASAP.
