Recently I was scammed on a transaction, but I thought "Hey, no worries! I paid through paypal, i'm safe." To my GREAT disappointment after all these years of using this service, I was proven wrong. It is absolutely obvious that paypal does not read nor look at records that you provide in your dispute case that you have been scammed REGARDLESS of how much evidence you provide. The scammer gave a phony tracking number, WHICH WAS CONFIRMED by FEDEX to be delivered to the wrong address nearby to provide phony receipt. I provided multiple screenshots from this seller providing an immense amount of evidence that they were a scammer and was denied my claim for a refund. I am extremely irate with this company and I highly recommend your staff actually starts investigating and reading the evidence before you help more scammers take peoples money and you lose customers.
Has anyone else been through this? What did you do to resolve it?
