If you want to release the funds sooner, you can provide a tracking number, this way we can verify that the item was delivered to the correct address. If you don't take action, the funds will be released automatically after 21 days. Keep in mind that refunds always go back to the funding source that was used to make the original payment. There isn't a minimum amount, you should be able to withdraw the money even if it is a small amount. Make sure your account is all set up by checking on your Resolution Center. To be able to receive payments, you must confirm your email address. If it doesn't work, try to delete and re-add your bank account to the PayPal account.
