I request you to please uninstall and reinstall the app and then try using the Visa card. If the same issue persists, then please try using the card by logging in to your account using a web browser on a computer or on a mobile browser. Please log in to your account and check the activity page to know about the recent payments and match with the payments you're referring to. You can also get in touch with the merchant to know about the payments. You can find the merchant contact details by going to your activity and selecting the payment. It could be that the payments were made by any of your family members without your knowledge or they are a billing agreements associated with your account. Please know that the transfers/withdrawals to your bank account will take 3 to 5 business days for the completion. The business days does not include weekends and bank holidays. If any error message, please include the error message text in your reply. Please be informed that your PayPal account should be successfully verified and email address on your account must be confirmed. I request you to please try using different web browsers like Internet explorer, Microsoft Edge and any other browsers. Please make sure to clear the cache, cookies and browsing history of your internet browser. Please keep in mind that you can transfer funds from PayPal account to your bank and debit card and it is not possible to transfer funds to credit card. I hope this helps! I understand that transfer/withdraw button is missing on your PayPal app and you can't transfer funds even though there is no limitation but a message pops up saying there is an issue with your account. Please check your email inbox to see if you have received any email from us stating there is an issue with your account. To try resolving the issue, please uninstall and reinstall the app. Then try withdrawing the funds if you find the transfer/withdraw button.
