Hi H0W,   Welcome to the forum!   It's possible that the link between your PayPal and eBay accounts is broken.  This could be caused when your eBay password is changed.   To update the link, go to your "Profile"     The next page will allow you to update the link with your current eBay password.   The "Pay for eBay Items" section is also limited to display listings won in the past 7 days.   I hope this helps!   - Frank ... Hi teegreenmi,   Welcome to the community!  I'm glad to see that you're being cautious about clicking links in emails.  PayPal allows merchants to customize the look and feel of the PayPal checkout pages.  With that said, I would still use caution when clicking a link in any email.   If you have any doubts about whether an email comes from PayPal or eBay, feel free to forward it to spoof@paypal.com or spoof@ebay.com .  We'll let you know if it's legitimate.   You could also pay for the item from the eBay website instead of the email.  Using the "Pay Now" option on My eBay will ensure that you're being forwarded to an approved eBay payment processor.   - Frank ... Hi mango777,   I'm sorry to hear about the issue. 😞   Is the payment you sent showing as "Unclaimed" in your PayPal account?    If so, the recipient of the funds may need to confirm the email address on their PayPal account.  Have them look for the email we sent them when they first signed up.  The email will have a link they can click on to confirm their email address.   I hope this helps!   - Frank ... Hi fireman and Sprattoo,   Welcome to the forum!   That's a great question.  While your customer's email addresses are available in your account history, we would only want that information to be used for communication regarding their PayPal order.   The customer would need to provide their consent to receive marketing emails during your checkout process.  Many businesses will collect their customer's email address on their website.  Then obtain their consent to send them marketing emails before sending the customer to PayPal to complete checkout.  You could then maintain a list of emails that have given consent to be emailed your promotions.   I hope this helps!  For more information about privacy, see Section 1.3 in the PayPal User Agreement and this section in our Privacy Policy.   - Frank ...
