I bought charger and when it finally arrived it exploded immediately after connecting it. The item cost 3.65€ incl. shipping and shipping it back will cost 21,80€ (signed etc.). For these kind of situations I don't think there is much protection, I was bit stupid to say that the item did arrive because it was shipped without tracking, just should have said item not received and got my money back but now I have useless piece of junk and I paid 3.65€ for it. I know it's not big sum but for these kind of situations I think you are not protected by PP... well, if you really want to you can pay 21,80€ more and wait for another 3.65€ product 😄 The item is also unofficial clone which violates patents which I of course knew before ordering, but since I already opened item not as described I think I just have to accept that I got junk. I did request full refund but since the seller accepts returns I think I would need to return the item, which I of course won't do.
