Easiest way: The customer support numbers can be found by logging into your account, then select Help, look for "Call Customer Support", you should see the phone numbers and a "one time passcode". (Sorry, the community software is configured in a mannor that won't allow one to post phone numbers.)

Sorry, the software used in this forum will not allow anyone to post a phone number however, you can find the number by accessing the "Help" section in your PayPal Account. This is the preferred method and works the best as you are also provided a conformation code. Your other option would be to - Google "PayPal Support Phone Number" and go from there.

All you can do is contact customer support - note, most services only allow 3 tries - after that you are locked out. You can either email or call for additonal assistance.

Sorry, not enough info - if you don't have a credit card, you can apply for one - suggest starting with your bank first - most offer either Visa or MC. PayPal offers a MasterCard too. Regardless of which card provider you would like to use, you need to apply for the card first, after you get your card, you can then use that info to complete your PayPal Account setup.

Sadly, you may have to write this transaction off - without proper tracking details including an acceptance signature and package insurance, there's really no way to validate the buyer accepted the delivery. Not so honest buyers really know how to take advantage of the system against sincere sellers.

From what I know, PayPal prefers both a credit card and bank account linked and confirmed to your PayPal account. Although you're probably not comfortable with having both linked (as many people are) and then removing either or both after using, doing so simply throws a wrench in the verification process which in turn messes up your account setup. Although your intensions are well meaning, suggest contacting customer support - they may be able to provide you with a work around.

One reason, if your account does have both a bank account and credit card linked, you won't be able to accept payments. There may be other reasons however, not having both a bank account and credit card linked is the most common. You can follow-up by contacting customer support as they can look at your account setup and advise.
