I cannot believe that PayPal is holding my money for 180 DAYS! I am a new seller so I didn't keep up with emails and forgot to include tracking information so they held my money and said there is a small limitation on my account. That is fair. I then FIXED this problem by providing tracking info. and now Paypal placed a PERMANENT ban on my account and I cannot receive my money for 180 days! This is absolutely outrageous. I contacted customer service and asked them why I had a slight limitation at the time and why I could not receive my money. After they told me the problem I tried to fix it and then I get a 180 hold and a permanent ban? I don't understand and I am extremely upset. Imagine this happening to someone who relies on income from selling. Absolutely disgusted. Anyone who has advice other than calling customer service please tell me! It's hard enough to understand them, let alone they actually fix your problem. Thanks.
