This is the third time I ask this... The first two times I sent messages to PayPal directly two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for any signs of life! Horrible. I need to link a US bank account to my PayPal account, but PayPal only lets me use a SEPA account (I'm in Spain). I have a SEPA bank account linked, but I'm trying to withdraw my USD funds to my TransferWise US account in order to exchange USD for EUR at much better rates since the PayPal ones are a total rip off... But I can't link any account if not using SEPA, PayPal won't let me, when it definitely should... Is that PayPal only allow one bank account at a time per account? Would this problem be resolved if I upgaded my account to a business one? Please, help. I've seen many users with a similar problem all around the community, but I've not seen any good solution...
