I have my bank account directly tied in to my PayPal account, not using a credit card, and have had others orders go through. I'm trying to order from VitaCost, but at checkout, am asked to supply a credit/debit card number. I contacted VitaCost, who says the problem is with PayPal. I emailed PayPal and was told that there should be no problem with the funds subtracting directly from my bank account. I still get a page, when I select to check out with PayPal, that I am required to supply a credit card for some purchases, like instant or immediate payments. I again contacted PayPal via email, and the replier asked what page that was on, if it was after selecting to pay with PayPal. I replied it was, and sent a copy of the page. I have not heard back. My bank account is just a month old, and because of the large amount of deposit, the bank requires I wait six weeks before I receive a debit card, but I have used my bank account to purchase other things thru PayPal without a problem. Now I am out of my suppliments, and still receive that demand for a credit card before I can complete the purchase. Haven't heard back from PayPal about the page I copied and sent last week.
