I keep going in a circle... I got 12 PayPal tabs open across the top of my screen... and have been on my computer over 2 hours trying to figure out "Just how to contact PayPal... I have been "ripped off" by a eBay seller... seller got my money and how just like that fell-off the face of the earth...

Where is the "Continue Button"...?????? Nothing is happening....
