Me too. This time using the seller id "awell-shi". Paid extra for local stock since they claimed the item was located is Sydney until I received Singapore Airlines tracking number! Took 30 days. Then product was not as described. Eventually agreed on partial refund which I had to chase 4 times over several weeks.
