Based on the error message that you're receiving, it appears that our internal security system is blocking the withdrawal. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some payments to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. If you've verified that there are no suspicious charges in your account, please try the payment again at a later time. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can also try: 1. Clear cache and cookies. 2. Attempt to log in through the device, location or IP address more consistent with previous account activity 3. Use a different browser or device. 4. Activate location services on your device or in the browser. 5. Ensure the account is not being used using VPN or hosting IP. 6. Wait 48-72 hours and try again. I hope this helps!

Hi @Jam333, Welcome to the Community! In this situation, it might be best to open a dispute through your PayPal account to try and resolve the issue with the seller. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund. Hi @epsilon9, Welcome to the Community! In this situation, you will need to make a manual payment. Log into your PayPal account, choose the Pay in 4 plan you want to pay and click Make a Payment. Then, you can make an unscheduled or extra payment that will be applied to that Pay in 4 plan. Hopefully, this helps! Craig

If your PayPal account is verified, your email address is confirmed and there are no restrictions on your account then there would be no reason why you cannot receive payments through PayPal. Hi @Etzel375, Welcome back to the Community! When you send a PayPal.Me link, the customer will need a PayPal account to complete the payment. PayPal.Me is open to all account types, however business accounts can only accept Goods and Services payments. To make a payment through PayPal without opening an account, you'll have to have the recipient send you an invoice or money request. This means you'll receive an email with either a detailed invoice, usually if you're paying a business, or a simple note explaining what the money is needed for. I hope this helps! Craig
