@GG928 I appreciate this. We've already tried that, and he only has one email registered on there, we do know the email address but he can't get access to it. The only other options are an old phone number he doesn't have anymore and an expired credit card that he also doesn't have. This has been incredibly difficult. I sent him $800 that he needed for his rent. I had to sent another payment right after to make up for this lost one, so I'm out of double the expected amount. I am currently outside of the US and don't know when I can see him again because of the travel ban. If you can arrange for someone to please contact or call us, please do so. I even opened a dispute online where I explained the whole sitaution and no one even responded, they just closed the case without even reviewing my comments.
