I paid via PayPal for a holiday which has been cancelled. The company Jet2 have been very good at sorting out the refund, which is now sitting in my paypal account however I can’t access this. I’ve seen that it can take up to 30 days to get this refunded to my credit card. Why so long? I’m paying interest on this, I presume PayPal won’t cover that even though they are holding onto money that is mine. This isn’t really acceptable in my view.
