I also have had an issue with Eric Dress. I ordered a dress from them in early February. Needed the dress for an event on February 25th. Emailed them multiple times asking for information about the dress and when it would be arriving. Then on the 25th I cancelled the order. And that’s when I finally heard from them. They offered me a 15% discount on any other item I wanted and told me I couldn’t cancel the order because the material had been ordered, though in another email the same day they stated that the delay was caused by the material being out of stock. Then I opened a dispute through PayPal. They tried to threaten me if I didn’t close the dispute. Instead, I escalated the dispute through PayPal and that was on March 8th. Every time I check on my case, the date for closing the case gets moved out. On March 16th, Eric Dress reported to PayPal a shipping /tracking number. The package with that shipping number arrived yesterday...instead of a $145 dress, I got a keychain! I then tried to report this to PayPal and 1st there isn’t anywhere to upload an photos or respond to my case. 2nd I then tried to contact an agent and at this time I have not heard from anyone from PayPal and it has been over 12 hours. I have also started a case through my credit card company. It is frustrating that PayPal allows this company to continue to scam people and then states that our purchases are 100% fully refundable and I have been waiting nearly 2 months for this case to be investigated and closed. I totally understand that we have a pandemic but this was started way before work at home orders were enforced.
