I'm frustrated with PayPal's refusal or inability to see the seller response to my transaction as suspicious or fraudulent. PayPal has denied my claim for this transaction 3 times after I supplied various documentation proving otherwise, including a printout of my order with the seller proving I placed my order on May 12, 2020. The seller merely needed to provide PayPal a USPS tracking number on three occasions as proof to show my order had been delivered on May 12th. PayPal used that USPS tracking number to deny my claim three times. The problem is that the USPS tracking number provided by the seller, that I confirmed with my local post office, indicated that the shipping for those goods originated on March 29th, which is well before I placed my order on May 12th, and that those goods were not, in fact, delivered to my address. I plan to cancel my PayPal account as I'm not comfortable doing business with a company (PayPal) that essentially condones fraudulent activity by accepting information from sellers repeatedly without determining if that information is valid for the transaction in question, and then using that same unverified information to deny claims from customers with legitimate issues.
