The name on my account is not the same as my real name so I submitted documents to PayPal but I have not received any reply or correspondence. I never received a confirmation email to say they’ve received the documents so I don’t even know if they are being processed. I also asked on the messaging program but it is also futile. What is wrong with this website and the company, it’s like I’m being ignored?
