I purchased a tire and I'd asked when delivery could be expected as this was time-sensitive I was told it should be arriving on Friday night the latest I need it to be on the road by Sunday night. Itdid not arrive till Monday afternoon I had already left now I need to return it they are saying they are not responsible for the shipping return that that was an estimated time by FedEx I just sign up for the US return through PayPal..will that cover the return cost
