Hello! So our business does regular transactions through PayPal. We issued a refund to a woman and it didn’t immediately go through, despite having funds in the account. We paid her back separately through PayPal. Now someone made a sale and it’s on hold. This hasn’t happened before and I’m assuming it’s because the refund issue we had. Now I can’t even add a bank account. I wanted to add the official business account but it won’t let me do that even. It gives an error after going through the prompts saying it can’t be completed. I really need to conduct business but it seems I can’t. I sent a customer service message hours ago and still have yet to receive a response. What do I do? I have an order pending but the funds are on hold. My main priority is adding a bank account. Please don’t just copy and paste PayPal’s terms of service. I’ve read them all, all the hold articles, and all the can’t add card questions but nothing fits this situation. Does PayPal have a phone number?
