Hello, I was alerted to unusual activity on my paypal account during the early hours of this morning. I raised the unauthorised dispute with paypal soon after as this transaction was not for myself and needed to be stopped. I have since had a message back from paypal saying that the transaction was authorised by myself and a refund is not possible. How is this so when they reported it to myself and I am confirming that this is the case?? My bank have been alerted to the fraudulent activity but I am very frustrated that paypal have not looked into this case 100%! There is no option to appeal the decision so I no longer know how to get my £158.00 back for a delivery that is heading 5 hours away from where I live!
