I filed a complaint with resolution center back in June re a product I received that was defective of course it had to be from some Asian country, Viet Nam, Singapore, not sure which one because I have 3 different addresses for them. Anyway I was denied 2 times and the second time was because they say they never received the info they requested when I uploaded it to their site 3 times, called and gave them numbers, and messaged them 2 times, and they claim they never received any uploaded documents, and no messages. The item was returned to a Singapore address which is what the company told PayPal to have done. While the little sub-company says no must send to Vietnam. So now Singapore has the item and no one is giving me my money back. On the last talk to a virtual agent he told me I can file a complaint with IC3.gov, a division of FBI then forward copy of completed form to a certain paypal email address. So I am in the process of forwarding this document to that email address. So what happens then? Does Paypal reopen the claim or am I still out of luck?
