When I click the transaction in my recent activity, this us all I get. I don't see where to add the tracking #.

I am not sure how to add the tracking since we did not do the transaction through eBay. The tracking shows it was delivered at 11 am this morning. Do I have to wait the 7 days in order to mark it as completed?

I have $150 pending in my account on PayPal. I sold Apple Airpods to someone, but they have yet to pay me even after they have been delivered. I have tried to dispute the transaction at the resolution center, but it is "unable to complete my request". Any help is much appreciated! Thank you all
