Hello, Somebody may have attempted a phishing scam by text by impersonating PayPal. I did not open the link they sent & although I tried to alert PayPal Customer Service, i really don’t know if they care. I think it’s important to crack down on any attempt, no matter how small the amount involved. Once scammers get the info. they seek, they will clean out the victim’s account. A similar scam got $3,100 out of my daughters checking in January! It’s been hell proving she was, in fact, scammed. Bank tried its best to not help her at all. This occurred thru Venmo, a PayPal service. BEWARE!
