Need advice please and thank you. This is my first time selling anything though paypal. (Trying to clean my closet for a little cash) I have a buyer want to buy a dress($220) I listed on Instagram. I invoiced the buyer(163 domain which is China based) at 12:20pm that day, got a response at 11:07pm saying they did not see the inoviced and ask for my PayPal email so they can send me money. I received the money next day at 8am with some fees taking off and buyer address is a forwarding address to Oregon. Not sure if this is a scam or not. I have not ship the item yet. I need to know if this is real or not?
