Paypal is giving me the run around since June 11th on a fraudulent charge. I ordered something from a suspicious company, asked for the order to be canceled (Paypal reps told me there was no reason for dispute). Then, the supplier sent me ONE FACE MASK (instead of their knock-off shoes, which at the time of purchase I was unaware of). I submitted a "Significantly Not As Described" objection, to which the supplier offered a 20% refund. I declined and Paypal hasn't responded (meaningfully) in 3 days! WTF is up with this company? The last reply from the representative was senseless: " Documentation from the government organization or law enforcement agency such as: state police, FBI, Postal Inspection Service, and State's Consumer Protection office if customer is having difficulty, they can choose to file a report using the following websites www.ic3.gov www.ftc.gov www.phonebusters.com www.recol.cas/intro.aspx Hi Jaime, kindly provide a documentation from government so we can attach it in your case.
