Hello.I am customer of Banggood.I had purchased a projector from Banggood which was defective. hence Banggood refunded amount to me.Banggood requested me to open Paypal account for this refund.When I opened Paypal user account. Banggood replayed me that they are unable to pay money in my Paypal account due to some technical issues in Paypal account.I raised a complaint to Paypal, in response I have received an email from Paypal to upgrade my account, and assured that there are no charges for upgraded account.Hence I followed instructions given in Paypal link and Upgraded the account.Then Banggood placed USD 93.75 as a refund equivalent to INR 7000/-But In Paypal account, the transaction is showing on Hold, without any reason. also it is showing some deduction of fees USD 5.23 I am not aware of what fees it is? I am unable to understand Why my refund is on Hold. and what is this fee for.If there is any Human in Paypal company, who can read, understand and replay this mail, please help me out.I am really fade-up with your computer generated questions. because they are all irrelevant.
