Error message: There's an issue with your account. You can contact us for help resolving it. However, when I do click the link for help, I see nothing to help me. I have also tried contacting Customer Service, but there was no one available to help me. Apart from that error message, I don't see any other specific problems in my account. I have an active bank account linked, although I do see that it is indicated as a "Checking" account when it's actually a Savings account (I don't know if this should affect anything, though). We also face the same problem with my daughter's account, which is linked with an active bank account and two (2) other debit cards. I am unsure if there is really an issue with the account, or if PayPal is down because of this. Basically, I don't know how to fix the issue because I do not know what the issue could be.
