PayPal Community

Wish I had known about this community page before I purchased several items which turned out to be scams! I ordered a doll which was a piece of plastic you could get at the dollar store and the other was a "Garden Bench" and I only received a pad.  These scammers are out here taking advantage of people and Paypal doesn't investigate and they do not care.   ... I got scammed too.  I'm looking at the stories and I still got scammed but it was only $40.  The seller told me to accept $20 or I wouldn't get anything back and he was right.  Paypal sucks.  They told me to send the item back to China and then gave me an address IN CHINESE!  How am I supposed to ship it back.  The scamming seller was right.  He gets to keep my money, I get nothing and Paypal sucks!!!!!!  ...
