If your experience with Paypal is similar to mine (and the person at the top of this thread): You can escalate this to a claim in order to supposedly have an opportunity to be reimbursed for this obviously fraudulent transaction. However, Paypal will accept a delivery confirmation from the company, with NO REGARD FOR WHAT WAS DELIVERED. Paypal will then close the case with no opportunity for you to respond, and no ability to appeal. Paypal appears content to allow this scammer to operate as long as Paypal receives their fees.
