Not seen this one before. Usually I print direct from Ebay, but I have 2 accounts and for whatever reason that doesn't work on my older (less busy) account. I know the new Ebay direct system takes the item weight from a drop down menu deep down in the listings template, but the item I'm trying to post is very small and I've certainly never entered it as anything other than a LARGE LETTER. Not sure how I'm supposed to complete my post run in time with this error, other than printing direct from Royal Mail, which is a massive pain as each address has to be pasted over.
