Hi - we keep on submitting the "letter of authorization" but failed. The status showed the Signatory is not the authorized person. But we don't understand, the document was signed by CEO (Owner). The signatory, CEO (who signed) have the right to authorize any personnel to use the PayPal. Anyone can help? Really urgent. Thanks so much!
