If you have have had a unsatisfactory resolution in the dispute centre you are within you rights to complain to the financial ombudsman www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk In my case PayPal appears to be actively supporting Fraud by resolving cases in the favour of companies that are know to be fraudulent.
