Proof of delivery is an online documentation from a shipping company that includes: The item's status as delivered. The date the item was delivered. The recipient's address, showing at least the city and state, or city and country, or zip/postal code (or international equivalent). The address information on your shipping receipt must match the address on the Transaction Details page. This is their policy for proof of delivery. I was recently scammed by a company using this loophole as a cover. There is no proof of delivery and no way to prove they didn't deliver. PayPal isn't helping and if you google the company you see they are scammers and PayPal doesn't care. Yokawa.
