I ordered a hoody from this company (trading under a different name via a Facebook ad) All looked perfectly fine to me - I am not a gullible person and have worked in online retail sites so know what looks normal. After several months passed I opened a PayPal dispute and it wasn't;t until then that I saw the Chinese company name and the fact it was being shipped from China. Alarm bells rang then, but still had faith in PayPal protecting its buyers... No! They sided with them and closed the case. I then googled the company name and saw all the reviews on trusted pilot.com. They are clearly criminals with a sophisticated scam. How can PayPal side with criminals? What can be done to give me and all these other victims their refunds? It's left me feeling like I never want to use PayPal again!
