I’ve sent a payment through business and goods and now I’d like to cancel it , I already contacted the seller , and he haven’t send out the goods as well( so I assume he can not claimed it yet cause I did not receive item). Will I be able to cancel the payment? And will I be able to get full amount back? Cause we know business and good takes a 4% fee. Thank you!
