My son has been trying to ask for paypal's help for him to access his account. He cannot log-in his account since the verification code is sent via SMS. The problem is that the sim card is not working. He even contacted my service provider and they said that they cannot do anything about it. What he needs is for paypal to fix the account on their end, shift the verification via his registered email and remove the current registered number so that this will not happen again, he has a new sim card ready (as a replacement for the linked number).
