Today, I had an issue of payment from UserTesting Platform to my Paypal address with this information " Denied by Paypal, PayPal has denied payment to your PayPal address. Please contact PayPal to resolve this issue." . So long, it has been two years since I have been receiving payments from that platform and I have been seamlessly receiving payments , also this morning I could see an email stating "Here's what you can do with your PayPal account " in which It is mentioned like I have created an account now . However , I had created my account and did the verification long back and have been receiving payments for quite some time. Now I am not sure why my payment was declined . Pls help me out to resolve this issue.
