Hi, I purchased a hybrid watch through PayPal on 21/11/20 and apart from the receipt from them I didn’t receive an email from the company informing me of the order being placed, sent or a tracking number. Have I been had. I can’t afford to lose the money for this as it was a gift to someone for their 70th birthday. I collected the money from friends to purchase this watch as a gift from all of us. Is there anyway to get my money back? Thanks
