Hello. I have a problem - I want to close my account, but I cant, because I have my old (and non-functioning) phone number linked up with my paypal account. Whenever I try to close down the account, it requires confirmation by sending a message to my old phone number (which no longer exists). If i try to add a new number, it still wants to send the SMS to the old one (which is understandable, its a security thing). But, since I cant fix this on my own and cant close the account or do anything, need to talk to an actual human who can help me (not just links to articles what to do when i forgot my password etc.). I cant find a way to start an online chat with someone to help me with my problem (they probably got rid of the function due to COVID), and I cant call them, because im not in a supported country, and my spoken english isnt that good, either. Can somebody help me, how to talk to a customer service rep through online chat? Thanks
