I am new to paypal. When I ordered an item online (Nov 27,2020) I had to run my credit card and it was listed as PAYPAL RAINBOWPICK. I have not received the item and would like to cancel payment. Should I deal directly with my credit card company and what resonsibilities do I have with PAYPAL?
