When you deleted your account & made a new one, did you have any pay in four transactions waiting to be paid? I have a few repayment plan transactions pending from my previous pay in four plans. Also...did you use same email & phone # to apply for new PayPal account? I'm furious over this happening, I've called customer service & they keep stating there's a "glitch" in the pay in four program & it's affecting many accounts, mine included, they're working on getting it fixed. They also keep reassuring me my account is in excellent standing & it's due to nothing I've done.
