Hello, I am very confused right now, I am not sure if I am being scammed or if it is genuine PayPal. I used PayPal credit on the 17th December 2020 and chose the 4 months interest free option for a purchase I made. On the 22nd I had an email from paypal stating that I had to pay my minimum balance or I may end up with late payment fees, but the payment isn’t due until March because it’s 4 months interest free? I double checked my PayPal credit account and it definitely went through as 4 months 0%. After Christmas passed, I received more emails from paypal saying I had missed the due date and the minimum payment MUST be received by Jan 21st. Plus I kept getting multiple phone calls a day from 0800 368 7151 (never answered it once because I googled the number and people saying avoid because it’s scammers claiming to be PayPal). However on the app it’s fine there isn’t any warnings etc (weird I know). After the new year I got a letter through the door from PayPal credit saying the same thing about I have to pay, a guy called David Quinn. I have used this service before many times and I have never had to pay the minimum amount until the actual due date 4 months down the line!! Any help / advice is appreciated just being cautious obviously not wanting scammed...
