Hello, For whatever reason, the past 3 days, I've been trying to transfer money from my bank to solve this negative balance on Paypal. None of the options I select will let me pass the "Next" button. It's been quite frustrating. I've tried talking to the Chat Support that Paypal provides, and they gave me a the whiteout error: "Our apologies, but messages are currently unavailable. Please close this window and select another contact option." , and I even tried calling them yesterday and today (their Collections phone line), and the robot lady said something along the lines of "Sorry, no one's available - go back to Chat Support." ^So I'm stuck in a loop. Before the chat box got blanked out with the error, I tried to go through multiple browsers: Google Chrome Brave Browser Microsoft Edge None of them worked. Tried the same thing with my phone and tablet. Neither worked. So with the chat support gone, and the phone line busted, here I am. What should I do? Find another bank to register? Ask my current bank to get me a debit card? It's quite frustrating, as I've been using paypal for years now, and this is the first time I've had this issue. Thanks for your help.
