The purchaser has allegedly sent payment to my paypal account which is saying 'Pending'. It has been like this for the past week. The purchaser tells me that this payment is irreversible and that she cannot get the money back. She further tells me that paypal will not transfer the money into my account until she has received the goods by way of sending them proof of delivery ie; a photo of the package having arrived. Is this true? Do I send the package?
