I activated my PayPal Master Card and I can't figure out how to transfer the $40 to my regular Paypal Account. I linked it to my Paypal Account but it I still have a 0.00 balance on my Paypal Account. It is impossible to talk to a person at Paypal. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
