Hey everyone! so recently i met a guy on in instagram who forced me to sell my channel to him and sent me the money on PayPal once the money as sent and he was made the primary owner after 7 days of trial of the channel to him. He asked PayPal for a refund and then they payed him the money back leaving my balance in negative, Then i appealed the case to PayPal saying that he didnt even return me the channel and they closed the case now i asked him for an answer he said hell return me the channel and now he has not returned me till now. SO ESSENTIALLY he just scammed me taking his money and my channel for basically for free all thanks to the PayPal refund system . What do i do now
the guy is in germany and i am in australia
